Return and Exchange Policy – Athlegion

At Athlegion, we strive to provide you with premium quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and exchange process as simple as possible.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, free from damage, stains, or any signs of wear. Please note that free-size accessories such as caps, bandana masks, masks, workout towels, and hygiene products like period underwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety and hygiene concerns.

Return and Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accommodate requests for return or exchange.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, simply drop us an email at care@athlegion.in with your order details and reason for the request. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will schedule a pickup and share the tracking ID with you via email. Please ensure that the return package is packed securely and ready for pickup on the scheduled date.

Exchanges and Size Issues

If you are requesting an exchange due to size issues and your preferred size is unavailable, we will provide you with the option to choose either a refund or store credit. This allows you to make a future purchase as per your convenience.

Timelines and Processing

The entire return or exchange cycle may take between 10 to 14 business days from the time you raise your request. Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will either ship your exchanged item or process your refund/store credit accordingly.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment once the product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
