Shipping Policy – Athlegion

At Athlegion, we are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers across India. We strive to process and ship your orders with care, using trusted logistics partners for reliable service.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

For metro cities, the estimated delivery time is between two to four business days. For the rest of India, delivery typically takes three to six business days. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to two business days from the date of order confirmation.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum purchase requirement to avail this benefit.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. This enables you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Delivery & Loss Protection

All our parcels are dispatched with full insurance. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we wait for fifteen days from the shipping date before resending the order or initiating a refund. If the product is out of stock, you will have the option to choose a replacement or receive a full refund.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is refused or not accepted by the customer at the time of delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges. This refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate and complete. Athlegion will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues / Damaged Parcels

In case your parcel is received in a damaged condition or if any item is missing, we request you to contact us within seven days of delivery. For faster resolution, we recommend providing an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. Based on the nature of the issue and verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to meet all estimated delivery timelines, there may be delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport strikes, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such scenarios.
