Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this window will not be entertained. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded in full and the user will be notified.

Delivery and Address Accuracy

In case of non-delivery or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, the additional cost incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order placement.

Fraud and Unauthorized Use

Athlegion is not liable for any misuse or fraudulent use of credit/debit cards or payment methods. The responsibility to use a valid payment method lies solely with the user. Any fraudulent activity will be subject to legal action.

Force Majeure
